Ever walked into the Sumner store and heard someone laughing from around the corner ? Laughter, followed by excited chatter is usually the natural state of Yen. If Taz is our smile in the shops, then Yen is our smile in the factory. The rainbow in the process room. Every work place needs someone like Yen and she does a great job of keeping everyone smiling and generally making Hillmans a pleasant place to work.
Yen is responsible for making sure that every piece of meat that leaves our premises is wholesome, well packaged and correctly labelled. She's experienced, efficient and does an excellent job.
