Enjoy the convenience that comes with having restaurant-quality beef, chicken, pork, lamb and veal delivered straight to your door. It’s quick and easy to shop online at Hillmans—here’s some quick tips to help you get started. 

How do I order ?

  1. Click the product category you're interested in from either the 'Shop' icon at the top of the Home Page, or by clicking on one of the product category pictures below.
  2. Choose your products. Select size, packaging, quantity and add to your cart. If you wish, use the tags to help navigate for related items.
  3. When you've finished your shopping, click on 'CHECKOUT' and start finalising your order by selecting your preferred delivery day.
  4. Please use "notes to Hillman Meat Company' to leave instructions for delivery and any requests you may have. We will keep your delivery details on file so this only has to be done on your first order.
  5. After you've filled in your details; name, address, phone and CC number, the process is complete. Just enjoy the convenience of online shopping.

Where Do You Deliver ?

Deliveries in our designated delivery areas areas are made Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Simply place your order (at the latest) before 12pm the day before the desired delivery day. 

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is a nominal charge of just $5.50.

How will my meat be delivered?

At Hillmans, we operate our own TranSafe vehicles. That means all of our products remain in a temperature-controlled environment from our chiller premises right through to our temperature-controlled delivery vehicles. Your meat will be delivered in an insulated carton which has been fully tested to keep your product chilled for a minimum of ten hours. We can deliver to your home, restaurant, cafe, snack bar, factory, or office.

When will my delivery arrive?

Orders will be delivered between the hours of 8am and 5pm. You can request an AM or PM delivery time. Remember, you have a window of at least ten hours. Please store immediately after opening,

Do I leave delivery instructions?

Yes, and absolutely essential. Once you reach the checkout, there is a section 'notes for Hillman Meat Company' . Leave your delivery instructions here e.g. leave at door, leave under porch etc.. Secure, shaded spots are best—avoid full sun positions or anywhere where there might be a bored family pet in the vicinity. Imagine you are approaching your house for the first time and leave clear, concise instructions for our driver. It'll be a breeze the second time!
